Welsh ace Lee Selby wants Carl Frampton showdown
Belfast super-bantamweight Frampton unified the IBF and WBA titles with a split decision win over Scott Quigg in Manchester last week.
‘The Jackal’ has a number of options but he has to face Guillermo Rigondeaux by July 27 if he wants to keep the WBA strap.

But undefeated Frampton would rather step up to featherweight to face WBC king Leo Santa Cruz in his next outing.
And Selby – who Frampton mentioned after beating Quigg – says he would love to face the Tigers Bay fighter.
“After what I saw last weekend in the Quigg fight, I’d take on Frampton, no problem. I would face him in a heartbeat.

“I’ve been told Frampton mentioned me after beating Quigg and it makes perfect sense for us to fight.
“Straight after the Frampton-Quigg fight I tweeted Carl to say “careful what you wish for” and I meant every word.
“He has talked about moving up to featherweight many times and I’m a world champion in the division.
“Let’s do it.”
