Whether it’s a case of competing at the top or bottom, Irish League managers were working hard until the final moments to strengthen their squad for the Premiership run-in.
Here we take a look at the recruitment from each club across the window and pick out what could be the smartest piece of business.

9. Jack Scott (Portadown)
Jack Scott has spent the majority of his career so far in full-time football, returning from Wolves to join Linfield before moving to Coleraine. He showed his quality during a loan move to Carrick Rangers earlier this season and at only 23 could be a star of the future at Shamrock Park. Photo: Portadown FC

10. Fuad Sule (Ballymena United)
Ballymena United's last signing could prove to be their most important after they made a shock move for Fuad Sule. The 29-year-old developed a reputation as one of the Irish League's best midfielders during his time at Larne and Glentoran before moving to Indonesia. A Premiership winner, Sule's experience and quality could be vital as Ballymena look to climb the table from a precarious position. Photo: David Maginnis

11. Cameron Bruce (Crusaders)
Crusaders manager Declan Caddell has often looked to the Scottish market in recent windows and he could have found another gem in Cameron Bruce. The 20-year-old was once tracked by Celtic and Rangers during his time at Queen's Park and has settled quickly into his new surroundings. Just like a host of others, working with Caddell could help bring Bruce's game to the next level. Photo: Crusaders FC

12. Nathaniel Ferris (Glenavon)
Michael O'Connor desperately needed to address Glenavon's goal problem and Glentoran loanee Nathaniel Ferris could help solve it. Ferris scored 21 goals in 60 Premiership appearances for Loughgall to earn his move to full-time football and has already netted for the Lurgan Blues in the Irish Cup. The 27-year-old will want to prove a point after limited opportunities at The Oval and could be a great addition. Photo: Alan Weir
