How much for winning an Irish National road race? Prize fund breakdown for Bayview Hotel Armoy 'Race of Legends'

The Bayview Hotel Armoy Road Races were held over the weekend in Co Antrim, when Ireland’s Mike Browne secured a second consecutive four-timer and retained the blue riband ‘Race of Legends’ Superbike title.

Browne also won the Man of the Meeting award, which was sponsored by Armoy club member and road racing backer Stanley Stewart.

Browne achieved his wins in the opening Supertwin race on Friday and sealed a hat-trick on Saturday, with victories in the Open, Supersport and ‘Race of Legends’ events.

Newcomer Richard Cooper won the second Supertwin race while Northern Ireland’s Paul Jordan claimed a victory in Friday’s Supersport race.
