VINE Food Club, founded by Nathan Sno, prepared 1,825 meals during its first two weeks. The response prompted Nathan to close the initial intake at the kitchen’s planned capacity to protect its fresh, small-batch approach.

Memberships will reopen at 12 noon on Sunday 25 October, with people on the waiting list given priority access.

Launched in mid-September, the club operates from the kitchen of VINE’s Lisburn Road restaurant, which opened in May. It brings Nathan’s restaurant experience to weekly breakfasts, lunches and dinners, combining freshly prepared dishes with flexible meal choices and clear nutritional information.

Nathan’s career includes training placements at The French Laundry, Eleven Madison Park and Frantzén, alongside a full-time sous chef role at Michelin-starred Bonhams in Mayfair. He has worked and trained in restaurants holding more than 20 Michelin stars between them.

Nathan said: “Preparing 1,825 meals in our first fortnight was an important milestone. People responded to the food and the idea of having their weekly meals cooked by a team they can meet, in a kitchen they know.

“We set our initial capacity around what we could prepare properly. When those memberships filled, we closed the intake. Growing the club has to go hand in hand with maintaining the care that brought people to VINE in the first place.”

Every dish is freshly prepared in small batches for its collection day. The menu includes slow-braised harissa beef shin with maple beets, hot honey chicken with red pepper mac and cheese, romesco salmon and tiramisu overnight oats, with selected meals providing up to 60g of protein.

Members choose each dish themselves every week and can review calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre and allergens before ordering. Collections take place on Sundays and Wednesdays, allowing customers to split their meals across the week.

Nathan added: “Working in demanding restaurant kitchens taught me how much the details matter: the seasoning, the sauce, the texture and the quality of the ingredients. That is the experience I want to bring to everyday eating.

“We want someone opening their lunch at work or sitting down to dinner after a busy day to look forward to their food. Making nutrition convenient is only part of it—the meals have to be enjoyable.”

Five main meals cost £39.95, while ten cost £74.95, equivalent to approximately £7.50 per meal. Breakfast memberships start at £25.95 for five meals. There is no contract, and members can skip or cancel at any time.

The next membership release opens at 12 noon on Sunday 25 October. Customers can join the waiting list at eatvine.com.
