The team, based in Linenhall Street, Belfast, is led by Brian Lavery, Robert Ditty and Gerard McCann and has arranged an agreed structure which will allow for operational flexibility, whilst retaining its position as an affiliate of CBRE.

The commercial property consultants combine the market-making of management consultants with the accountability of professional advisors.

Brian Lavery, Managing Director at CBRE Northern Ireland, said he was delighted with the new structure adding there would be “no change in the unrivalled services.”

He continued: “We are pleased that this restructuring will give us more autonomy over the running of our NI business, whilst at the same time retaining the benefits of remaining part of the world’s largest commercial real estate consultancy, with all of the resources and research at its disposal.

“There will be no change in the unrivalled services we offer to our clients and we intend to grow the Belfast office further in the coming months and years.”

The new structure took effect on January 1.
