'This deal shows demand for capacity': Northern Ireland data centre sold in under a month as buyer plans AI campus
Eryce has acquired the live facility at Atlantic Link Enterprise Campus, with plans to expand it into a full AI campus
A live 5MW data centre at Atlantic Link Enterprise Campus in Coleraine has changed hands off-market in under a month, with plans in place to grow the site into a full AI campus.

Armason Advisory Ltd, a data centre and power infrastructure advisory firm, sourced both the asset and the buyer and brokered the sale of Prescient Data Centre to Eryce.
It paired a seller ready to leave the sector with a buyer that wanted to own capacity rather than rent it.
Prescient’s owners were looking to exit the data centre space. Eryce was sourcing colocation capacity and chose instead to acquire a facility it can expand into a full AI campus. Armason identified the site, introduced the parties and supported the transaction through due diligence to completion.
Jordan Mason-Hyde, chief executive at Armason Advisory, said: "This deal shows demand for capacity driving sensible business decisions. Where capacity is available and a deal is there to be done, it can be, even if the traditional colocation route isn’t the desired approach.
"We work with neoclouds and AI labs on everything from GPUaaS and colocation to powered land builds and full data centre acquisitions, which gives us a unique view of the market."
Robert Feeney, managing director, data centres, Eryce (previously operational lead, prescient), added: "I found them to be very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about the data centre business. … they were attentive and worked expeditiously with both parties to ensure a transparent and stress-free transaction.
"I can highly recommend Armason as a company, and both Jordan and Brett as operators."
