When he isn’t at work or on modelling assignments, Adam, who studied sport and exercise therapy at Southampton University, spends his spare time keeping fit and active by playing football and going to the gym.

A self-confessed fan of box-sets, he has just completed The Blacklist. “If there are any other recommendations feel free to hit me with them!” said Adam.

The Weekend is delighted to have Adam as its first Saturday Style Guy, so let’s find out more about his fashion loves and hates.

Describe your personal style?

I’m would say that I’m a smart-casual kind of guy

Where do you get your style inspiration from?

My style inspiration mainly comes from Instagram nowadays.

I enjoy following men’s style accounts and of course a few celebrities to see what way they’re dressing.

What was the first item of clothing you ever bought for yourself?

From what I can remember it was probably something from Hollister when I was about 15 years old.

Any teenage fashion faux-pas you’d care to tell us about...?

It 100% has to have been my hair. For some reason I thought blonde streaks and the long fringe glued to the forehead was a great look.

Thankfully now my barber and good friend Adam has got me on the right track with regards to the hair!

What’s the most expensive thing you’ve ever bought, clothing-wise?

My most expensive items would have to be my shoes from Robinson’s Shoes (Queens Arcade, Belfast) or else my Mulish suits from Statement Menswear, Portadown.

Tell us about the oldest item in your wardrobe, or the thing you’ll never, ever throw out:

I have had a clear- out pretty recently but my favourite items -and I think they will be staying for a long time to come - have to be my denim jackets.I think I had 11 last time I counted, all different colours of course.

What are your fashion pet hates?

I’m very plain; I really hate patterns or designs on t-shirts., especially when they’re from a popular high street store and you see maybe four or five guys wearing the same top on a night out.

Jeans or chinos?

Jeans all day.

Who are your style heroes?

This is going to sound so clichéd but it has to be David Beckham.

What fragrance do you wear?

Versace Eros is my fragrance for going out or special occasions, but I often have a bottle of Calvin Klein In2U for my day-to-day, with work and going to the gym, stashed in my car.

Do you groom, and how do you look after yourself?

I would get my hair cut at least once a week, then try look after my skin with face masks about two times a week. I moisturise in the morning and again at night.

How many pairs of shoes do you have?

I have six pairs of shoes and seven pairs of trainers.

Trainers or shoes?

With being an estate agent it’s shoes everyday and it’s always Robinson’s.

Do you accessorise and if so with what?

Because I’m plain and simple with regards to my t-shirts I often like to wear a necklace to try and add something to the outfit.

Where do you shop?

My main places to shop would be Statement Menswear, Robinsons Shoes, All Saints and Zara.

What’s your desert island item of clothing?

I would have to have a pair of my Burtons Menswear swim shorts. I’m pictured here at Mr World with Mr Greece .
