Man arrested amid shooting probe
Detectives investigating violent dissident republicanism have arrested a man.
It followed a shooting incident in the Bawnmore area of Newtownabbey on Sunday 5 February.
A man aged 29 was detained after two searches in the Bawnmore and Mill Road areas of Newtownabbey on Thursday morning.

Hide AdHe has been taken to Musgrave Police Station and is helping police with inquiries.
Police said: "I would like to reassure the public that we are continuing our investigation in relation to recent violent dissident republican activity in the area."
