These are restrictive in terms of our daily activities.

There are four separate sets of these in the four countries of the UK not to mention another set in the Republic of Ireland.

How to get your head around these as they are similar but different and they also change at irregular and different intervals?

The regulations are designed to protect us all from Covid so it is in our collective and personal interests to follow them as well as to stay within the law.

How to discover what they are at any point in time? Elementary my dear, look ‘em up online.

What do we find there? On government websites a long list of relaxation steps in date order including relaxation dates yet to be confirmed. What we don’t find is a concise list of what the Northern Ireland regulations currently are.
