The difference between an army and terrorists

I note that Michelle O’Neill has said the deployment of army medics is necessary to “save lives”.

Rather belatedly she has perhaps recognised the difference between a real army and terrorists.

No one has ever called in the Provos to provide assistance in our hospitals.
