Cliftonville confirm seven player exits while key duo offered new contracts
Cliftonville have confirmed seven players are set to depart Solitude this summer while Jonny Addis and Luke Conlan have been offered new contracts.
Micheal Glynn, Reece Jordan, Sean Robertson and Oisin Murray will all leave the Reds this summer alongside Joe Toole, Josh Kelly and Kyle McClelland with the latter trio’s respective loan moves coming to an end.
Glynn made 75 appearances for Cliftonville after arriving from Premiership champions Larne in 2024 and was part of Jim Magilton’s squad which celebrated BetMcLean Cup glory the following year, beating Glentoran in the showpiece decider.
Northern Ireland youth international Jordan played 14 times for the Reds having joined from Portadown and enjoyed loan spells with Moyola Park and Loughgall during his time on the books of the North Belfast club.

Former Forest Green Rovers and Derry City winger Robertson scored three times in 19 appearances for Cliftonville while Murray departs after one season in the senior set-up.
Teenager Toole will now return to parent club Fleetwood Town after playing 17 Premiership matches as he gained crucial senior experience and Kelly goes back to Glentoran.
McClelland was limited to just two league appearances during his loan move from Glenavon due to injury and the 24-year-old has also been placed on the transfer list by the relegated Lurgan Blues.
The club said: “We extend our best wishes to every departing player and thank them for their efforts during their time with the Club.”
With a number of departures confirmed, Magilton is hoping to retain the services of key defenders Addis and Conlan ahead of next season.
Addis has been one of Cliftonville’s top performers since arriving from Ballymena United in 2021, making 30 or more appearances across each of his five seasons at Solitude.
Former Burnley and Morecambe defender Conlan, who represented Northern Ireland up to U21 level, has played 38 times in the Premiership after joining Cliftonville in 2024.
Cliftonville have also confirmed that Conor Falls has returned to Solitude after a positive loan spell at Glenavon while Eric McWoods will continue his post-surgery rehabilitation with the club’s medical staff.
