Men charged as part of anti-UVF drug investigation

Officers from the PSNI’s Paramilitary Crime Task Force have charged four people as part of an operation which is understood to target drug crime linked to the east Belfast UVF.

Three men aged 33, 35 and 41 have been charged with a number of drug offences and are due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court today.

A 31-year-old female has also been charged with a number of drug offences and is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court on September 20.
