Sinn Fein’s attempt to make a dig at Britain over Covid-19 speaks volumes of their future ambitions
There could be no better media stage than the global Covid-19 one for Sinn Fein to hijack and to have a bash at the Brits.
Conor Murphy’s exuberance in attempting to humiliate and usurp Boris Johnson’s government surrounding the announcement of having procured a significant PPE order for our Province’s frontline workers, via his beloved Republic, was obvious.

Hide AdIn its wake there was obviously something unfavourable looming for the Shinners though when Ms O’Neill unjustly lashed out at all and sundry within the Executive, especially Robin Swann, on BBC’s ‘The View’.
Her smokescreen in trying to shield Sinn Fein from humiliation was short-lived however when it became known that Conor Murphy’s PPE announcement was in fact anything but kosher.
What followed from him and Sinn Fein in trying to wriggle out of that situation was even more blarney! O’Neill’s subsequent utterances that there was actually no discord within the Assembly, despite her bullying insults, was likewise beyond belief.
By disgracefully taking a dig at Britain (and thus too the pro-Inionist peoples) through a pandemic that respects no-one, for me, goes to re-enforce just how depraved Sinn Fein’s united Ireland would actually be – all in keeping with their own inherent propensities.

If fate can therefore be trusted, their mantra of “our day will come” will, by their own doing and indeed the grace of God, end up having the opposite result of what they had actually intended - and quite rightly too, for all our sakes!
