Player ratings as follows:
LINFIELD
Chris Johns: A clean sheet for the Linfield stopper who came for crosses and his kicking was excellent throughout the afternoon - 7

Euan East: Provided an attacking threat down the left-hand side in the opening period of the match. Managed to keep Josh Daniels quiet for the majority of the game - 6
Kirk Millar: Nearly broke the deadlock with a superb shot on the turn but failed to provide his usual creativity out wide - 5
Kyle McClean: Started the game as skipper and managed the occasion well after a first-half caution. Went close with a free-kick in the second half - 6
Ben Hall: A colossus performance in the heart of the back four by the Linfield defender. Managed to deal with entries into the box and helped Linfield keep Glentoran’s attackers at bay after a bright start by Declan Devine’s men - 7
Joshua Archer: A tireless performance in the engine room in a more defensive role on a very heavy pitch - 5
Isaac Baird: Plenty of energy in the midfield area and made a timely block to deny Jordan Stewart. Replaced just after the hour mark - 5
Ethan McGee: A willing trier at both ends of the pitch for the Blues as he aimed to get forward from his right-back role. Defended well when posed questions - 7
Matthew Fitzpatrick: Found the first half difficult against a well-marshalled Glentoran defence. Came close to scoring with a rasping shot in the second half. Booked in extra-time – 6
