PSNI has no funds to investigate IRA killings because there were so many of them
It must be very difficult for the chief constable: the chronic lack of resources.
He only appears to have enough to investigate the few alleged illegal killings carried out by the military but not those carried out by the IRA.
Would that be because there are so very many more of the latter?
